Some things you might want to know about me:
- I’ve been blogging since June 1995.
- I teach writing at SJSU and I use blogs for my classes.
- As an editor, I wield a mean red pen (or purple, if I’m trying not to scare my students).
- I’m a gardener and a cat lover.
- I like to cook, and I make a fabulous Strawberry-Rhubarb Crumble.
- I’m about two-thirds of the way through learning all 75 movements of the first form of Tai Chi.
- I love going to estate sales and finding deals (today’s deal was a 6-foot stepladder for $16).
- I collect fabric and patterns like some people collect baseball cards. Sometimes I even sew something.
- I still have a saddle but I haven’t had a horse to put it on for a long time.
- I’m a Unitarian-Universalist.
